Confirm Motion & Fitness is accepted:
Access to your Motion & Fitness Activity for tracking your sleep movements with Apple Watch is required.* During launch, this can be done by accepting the notification on the second intro page.
Wake for 70 Seconds ✅
To allow for time to process your sleep each morning, ensure that "Wake for 70 Seconds" is enabled from your Apple Watch device settings under General > Wake Screen.

Notifications
By enabling notifications, you may receive notifications about your sleep reports or progress.
Location Services
Using your location while in the app is not necessary for the app’s use. Enabling location will provide you with the previous day's Sunrise ☀︎ and Sunset ☾ times of your region. Location information provided is relative and not precise.
*Troubleshooting - Motion & Fitness
If Apple Watch is alerting you that Motion is not enabled or if it is not working, its status can be confirmed under Settings > Privacy > Motion & Fitness. Ensure Sleep Pulse 3 is "ON": toggling off and on the switch can reset this permission.

Please don’t take several days to answer me. I’m sick of you “know it all” geniuses!
No body ever explains anything especially when editing this stuff. I do not have an iPhone 5, I have an iPhone 8. How do I change that info?
