Confirm Sleep Pulse 3 is allowed to access Motion & Fitness Activity data:
1. Restart you iPhone and Apple Watch.
2. Ensure your Apple Watch is connected to your iPhone (see below).
3. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
4. Tap "Privacy" and select "Motion & Fitness".
5. Toggle off and then on the switch for Sleep Pulse 3.
6. Visit the "Settings" page in Sleep Pulse on your Apple Watch and tap "Sync Again".

Keep the screen ON while your sleep processes upon pressing "Wake":
Sleep Pulse 3 requires the screen be on so that your sleep data may be processed. Ensure "Wake for 70 secs" is selected for your Apple Watch in the "Wake Screen" settings of your Apple Watch device settings. (See Initial Setup for more info)

Setup the iPhone to automatically set the time and date:
If you have selected to setup the time and date manually, there could be several issues with the sleep analysis. To set time and date automatically: Open the Settings app on your iPhone > Go to: General > Date & Time > Turn ON "Set Automatically".
