Sometimes during the processing of your sleep, the analysis may get interrupted by the motion data not being ready due to watchOS, the screen turning off, or the analysis timing out. Your sleep data will not be lost; pressing "Try Later" and waiting a few minutes, in most cases, resolves any issues.
Try Later
If the motion data is not ready for analysis, you may have to wait a couple of minutes to process it. This can easily be done from the Settings page in the watch app and pressing "Sync Again". Pressing "Sync Again" can occur at anytime before you start your next sleep (or the previous sleep's data will be erased).
Sync Again
If required to "Sync Again", the process is easy and can be done from the Settings page in the watch app. The Settings page can be accessed by swiping right from the main page in Sleep Pulse, then scrolling to the bottom of the page. If you pressed "Try Later" and waited 3-5 minutes, simply press "Sync Again" and Sleep Pulse will use the previously saved Resting Heart Rate from when you woke up and re-analyze your sleep.
If you feel your processed sleep data looks abnormally wrong — tap and hold the space to the left of the "Sync Again" button. A switch named "RE" will appear, turn it ON and tap "Sync Again". When this switch is turned ON, Sleep Pulse will fully reprocess your sleep again, retrieving the raw motion data from watchOS. Note: the "RE" switch can only be used up to 2 days after your sleep ended, as the motion data will be deleted by watchOS after that time.
