The duration of processing each morning can vary based on the type of device (longer for first generation watches, shorter for Series 3 watches). However, the amount of system resources available can also affect the processing speed. Soft Resetting your Apple Watch often may help with the processing speed:
1. Hold down the side button and the Digital Crown on your Apple Watch.
2. Wait until the screen turns off and the Apple logo appears, then release.
3. When your Apple Watch turns back on, Sleep Pulse should have more system resources available.
4. Sleep for your next sleep pulse report, or press "Sync Again" from the settings page in the Sleep Pulse watch app to process your sleep again.
The type of watch face you use (higher levels of animation in a watch face may affect processing speed) or the number of complications or apps you have in the dock on your Apple Watch (try to limit only to those that are necessary) may affect the speed as well.
